How to choose the right period to verify the results?
iPoker has a 30-day order limit. That's why you need to make 2 requests to cover a full month.
The start and the end in your link is determined by the first and the last tournament in the link. If you played the last tournament on March 10 and ordered the Hand History until March 20, then the verified period will be only until March 10.
Therefore, when you order 2 links it is necessary to choose dates with an intersection of tournaments.
Example (picture below): you ordered the first link from February 27 to March 15 and the second one from March 15 to April 5. Since there were no games between March 11 and March 19, you will have two periods loaded: from February 27 to March 11 (the last game in the link) and from March 19 (the first game in the link) to April 5. So you will have an unverified period from March 11 till March 19. To prevent it you need to make the intersection of tournaments: order the first link till March 19, and the second from March 11.
The end of the Hand History must be at the beginning of a new period. If the pool ended on March 31, then you need to play any tournament on April 1 and order the hand history including the 1st of April. If you do not play any tournament in a new month, then the Hand History will end at your last tournament in March (for example, in the picture below, the results will be verified only until March 27).
How to order and download the Hand History?
Step 1. Ordering the Hand History
Log in to your poker-room client, then go to My account (1) –> History (2) –> Tournaments (3). Set up the period (4) and click on Request Hand History button (5).
Step 2. Receiving the Hand History
Go to the tab History Exports (7). When your hand history is ready, you will have a status - Completed. Click on the icon which is highlighted on the screenshot (8). You'll get a link to your hand histories.
Step 3. Uploading the Hand History to HyperTracker
To upload a link open HyperTracker: Verification -> iPoker -> paste the link -> Import.
Step 4. Checking the results
Check the download results on the site. You should get a green flag if everything is loaded correctly (check in your personal account -> Stakes). The update takes up to one hour.
